Patrick Thomas, a native of Colleyville, Texas, is a Nashville-based recording artist and was a live finalist on Season 1 of NBC's hit show The Voice.
An accomplished pianist and guitarist, he was also a staff writer for Cornman Music/Warner Chappell from 2011-2013, signed with Brett James (Jesus Take the Wheel and We Went Out Last Night). More recently, Patrick starred in the world premiere of The Hank Legacy as well as The Cash Legacy, produced by Studio Tenn out of Franklin, Tennessee, both of which enjoyed wide-spread critical acclaim. In October of 2016 Patrick was part of the creation of a brand new world premiere musical, The Battle of Franklin, as the sole composer and lyricist for the show. After a sold-out premiere broke gross ticket sales records for Studio Tenn, The Battle of Franklin returned for an extended run, and is now in the process of becoming available for world-wide licensing and performance.
Currently, Patrick tours the country with Broadway and reality TV star Rachel Potter, performing Country Legends, an original country music revue designed for major symphony orchestras. He has performed with the Phoenix, Utah, Maryland, Naples, and Anchorage symphonies, among many others. When he is not on the road look for Patrick at his regular gig at the Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar in downtown Nashville.
Patrick just released his first EP, produced by Mark Bright (Carrie Underwood) and Will Bowen. It is available for purchase and download on all major platforms.
